Abstract

The potential efficacy of PASEO is supported by personal improvements in adherence, psychosocial indicators, and transition readiness; this improvement was often sustained 3 months after the intensive phase of the intervention. The PASEO intervention was feasible and showed promise for improving a myriad of self-reported health outcomes in a diverse cohort of ALWH. Future studies should include a large-scale impact evaluation that includes biological outcomes and an assessment of long-term effectiveness beyond the life of the intervention.
