From the Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Program, Socios En Salud seeks to strengthen primary health care through community strategies and through a holistic approach: clinical, nutritional, mental and social in the prevention, care and timely attention of chronic diseases, from the identification of risks to achieving adherence to treatment.
