El día 28 de noviembre se firmó el convenio de cooperación entre DIRIS (Dirección de Redes Integradas de Salud) y Socios En Salud Sucursal Perú. El convenio tiene como objetivo establecer mutua colaboración entre las instituciones, establecer mecanismos de coordinación y agilizar e incrementar actividades que se hacen a beneficio de la comunidad.
Benjamin es un niño que a causa de la tuberculosis extremadamente resistente (TB XDR) está hospitalizado en el Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño. Por motivos familiares estuvo en un albergue junto a su gemelo. Por el momento la custodia lo tiene la tía materna, pero viven en una situación de muchas limitaciones.
